Mr. Dubrofsky is your go-to guy at Glasslake as the Regional Sales Manager for Southwestern Ontario. Kicking off his finance career with TD in 2008, Joel brings over a decade of experience in underwriting and sales, specializing in mortgages, automotive, and home improvement financing.
With a teaching background, Mr. Dubrofsky excels in building meaningful relationships and is dedicated to educating his broker partners about Glasslake’s unique offerings. His mission is to make Glasslake a key player in your approval strategies, ensuring your clients’ success.
Outside of work, he is passionate about sports, travel, and outdoor activities, whether it’s in cold or warm weather. He values time with his family and friends, thriving on interaction and being part of a community. Joel’s easy-going nature and commitment to understanding others make him an invaluable asset to both his team and clients.

A graduate of the Mechanical Engineering Program at the University of Toronto, Mr. Tasciotti had served over thirty years of his career in the finance sector; twenty three of those dedicated to mortgages. Mr. Tasciotti joined MPC in 2002, pursued his Mortgage Broker’s licence in 2006 and has specialized the last fifteen years of his profession to everything commercial.
At Glasslake, Mr. Tasciotti focuses his attention on educating the Broker community through his passion for teaching others how to lend. Through open discussions, active listening and years of experience, he hopes to demystify the lending process. An instrumental member of the sales team, Mr. Tasciotti drives sales by giving his brokers the competitive edge by sharing his expertise in residential and commercial mortgages.
Ms. Henry, a seasoned leader in real estate, brings over 18 years of expertise to her role as Regional Sales Manager. With a diverse educational background including a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Political Science from York University and specialized certificates from renowned institutions like Schulich School of Business and Yale School of Management, Felecia combines academic rigor with practical acumen.
Ms. Henry’s journey in the mortgage industry, marked by a REMIC Mortgage Agent designation in 2017, underscores her commitment to mastering the intricacies of financial transactions. But her impact extends beyond numbers; she champions inclusivity and empowerment, creating environments where individuals feel supported to excel. Her leadership ethos, shaped by programs like the Women Leadership Development Programme at the Said Business School, fosters trust, collaboration, and innovative problem-solving.
