Aris Athanasoulakis brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial lending, with extensive expertise in complex deal structuring, financing strategies, and commercial lending solutions. Throughout his career, he has helped brokers navigate challenging transactions and identify opportunities to better serve their clients.
A graduate of the Mechanical Engineering Program at the University of Toronto, Mr. Tasciotti had served over thirty years of his career in the finance sector; twenty three of those dedicated to mortgages. Mr. Tasciotti joined MPC in 2002, pursued his Mortgage Broker’s licence in 2006 and has specialized the last fifteen years of his profession to everything commercial.
At Glasslake, Mr. Tasciotti focuses his attention on educating the Broker community through his passion for teaching others how to lend. Through open discussions, active listening and years of experience, he hopes to demystify the lending process. An instrumental member of the sales team, Mr. Tasciotti drives sales by giving his brokers the competitive edge by sharing his expertise in residential and commercial mortgages.
Mr. Bannister’s career took off after he graduated from Brock University with an Honours in Business Management. Since then, he’s spent 5 years in the financial services industry with 3 years of mortgage underwriting experience.
Mr. Bannister finds his motivation in his commitment to establish, cultivate and manage relationships with broker partners. His consultative approach makes him a trusted advisor to his brokers and strategic partners, as he works to provide professional recommendations that meet the needs of his clients.
Mr. Bannister’s passions include building long term relationships with partners and delivering exceptional customer service. An athlete at heart, Mr. Bannister was once an OHL hockey draft pick and is now a member at the Granite Golf Club.
